Specializing in private instruction, Jana Webb teaches personalized ISHTA-style yoga. This yoga discipline is based on the premise that each body type requires different physical alignments and body-specific movements to prevent injuries. Jana has played competitive volleyball, basketball and baseball. When she began practicing yoga, her focus shifted from competition to a more grounded, group-oriented style of teaching. Jana combines her love of sport and yoga to offer health and sport specific workouts including, Prenatal Yoga, Triathletes Yoga, Golfers Yoga and Runners Yoga. |
