This 18 week program offers a unique approach to personalized, professional fitness training instruction. It includes the following components which makes it different from anything else you have experienced:
Program Seven Day Overview:
Monday - Personal Training Session
Tuesday - OPTIONAL Cardiovascular Session
Wednesday - Active Recovery
Thursday - Personal Training Session
Friday - OPTIONAL Yoga Session
Saturday - OPTIONAL Cardiovascular Workout
Sunday - Active recovery day
There will also be some flexibility homework to do on your days off to ensure that you stay injury free. You can move forward at your own pace, and I will always be accessible to answer any questions that you may have.
Program prerequisites:
There are no real prerequisites for you to participate in this training program, except that you should be cleared (by a medical practitioner if need be) to participate in an exercise program, be injury free and be fired up to make a change in your life.
It is a Beginner training progression, so the exercises will lay a good foundation for good fitness, and most importantly, are structured to ensure you remain injury free, while getting a good workout at the same time.
