Program Description

Welcome to your path to better swing mechanics. For the next six weeks I will be introducing you to the concept of using exercise to develop all of the key physical elements you need to improve your golf swing and to prevent injury. This introductory golf performance enhancement program is aimed at new golfers and high handicappers with little to no gym experience. My goal is to introduce you to golf specific physical exercise, and to give you the confidence and the knowledge that you need to train to improve your game.

At the end of this six weeks you can expect to see;

  • Improved core stability
  • Better separation between your upper and your lower body
  • More width in your swing
  • A better set up posture
