Monday – Active recovery day, with Stretch (Optional)
Tuesday - Personal Training Session
Wednesday - Cardiovascular Workout (Optional)
Thursday - Personal Training Session
Friday- Yoga Session (Optional)
Saturday – Personal Training session
Sunday – Cardiovascular Workout (Optional)

The program consists of 3 "must do" workout sessions, and 4 optional days of training, are included to give you some flexibility in your training regime.

Challenge yourself to complete this 12 week program - you will be amazed with what you can achieve in 3 short months.

Program Prerequisites

Past Physical Experience:
This beginner program will benefit those who are starting a fitness routine after a long hiatus from exercise or sport. It will also benefit those who are new to resistance/strength training.

This program requires the following equipment:

  • A piece of cardio equipment like a stationary bike, treadmill ,a step or a skipping rope.

 

This program recommends two very important tools:

  • Polar Heart Rate moitor to set and monitor your training zones,
  • MyPypeline Prehab Kit for your strength training.

Both help you train efficiently and effectively and each is an excellent investment in your fitness career.

Average session duration: Between 30 to 60 minutes

Average Weekly Time commitment: 4 hours

Mark has a BSc in Kinesiology and has over seven years experience coaching and conditioning clients, golfers and more.

He has led athletes and everyday athletes of all levels to active destinations in many different disciplines, including half and full marathons, Olympic and Ironman triathlons, single and multi-day adventure races, and road and mountain bike races from single to seven day stage events.

He has also helped numerous customers return to optimal physical functioning through exercise and movement.

Not only will Mark be leading you through this 12 week Fitness Fantasy Program, but he is one of the Official training Coaches working with one of the couples competing in the Fitness Fantasy competition.

So you are assured of getting the highest quality of guidance and coaching avaialble for the duration of this prgoram.
