Mark has a BSc in Kinesiology and has over seven years experience coaching and conditioning clients, golfers and more.
He has led athletes and everyday athletes of all levels to active destinations in many different disciplines, including half and full marathons, Olympic and Ironman triathlons, single and multi-day adventure races, and road and mountain bike races from single to seven day stage events.
He has also helped numerous customers return to optimal physical functioning through exercise and movement.
Not only will Mark be leading you through this 12 week Fitness Fantasy Program, but he is one of the Official training Coaches working with one of the couples competing in the Fitness Fantasy competition.
