When you purchase a Rental you have access to the video online for 24hrs after you press play for the first time. When you’re ready to exercise all you have to do is click on My Workout Videos select your video, and then hit the play button. When you purchase a Download you can save the MP4 file on your computer and then watch with QuickTime or other video viewing clients, transfer to your iPod, or burn to DVD. After completing your purchase click on My Workout Videos, select your video download, and then click Download iPod Version (highlighted in red below).

When you purchase a Download you can burn your video to a DVD disc and then view on a DVD player and TV. In order to do this, you must have a DVD burning program that includes DVD Authoring capabilities. The Authoring capability is not available in all DVD burning programs, you will need to check your software and ensure this component is included.
