I've completed # 1 - 4 of the Shawn Pallan Advanced Fitness series, and so far this workout is my favorite. This pace is fast - there's a minimal amount of instructional content as most of the exercises are variations of sets that were covered in #1 - 3. I found the push up sets especially tough to complete.
I've done this workout twice at my local gym, and will likely keep going back to it as I progress through the Advanced series.
