The Heart Rate monitor is a tool recommened in almost all Mypypeline training programs and many of the training videos. Why are they so important?
Well, the most important reason to wear a heart rate monitor is to have an objective measure of the intensity you are training at, and whether you are training at the correct intensity prescribed by the program. It takes the ues work out of training, because you have a number on your wrist telling you if you are slacking off or going to hard.
Another reason to work out using a heart rate monitor is to track your progress, and improvement, over time.
Over time, you will notice that your heart rate does not increase as quickly as it did when you started the program, it is lower while you are at rest, and it returns to resting levels alot faster than it used to.
Sure signs your fitness is improving.
