The F4 is the first women's specific unit for Polar, combining all of the necessary heart rate features with a new, slim design.. This unit offers wireless ECG accurate heart rate (displayed as bpm or as a percentage of the maximum heart rate), target zones (manual and automatic age-based) with both visual and audible alarm, zone pointer and fitness bullets for every ten minutes in the target zone. The Polar F4F tracks the maximum and average heart rate of the total exercise, the exercise date, and records the total exercise time, time in the target zone, and target zone limits. In addition, Polar's OwnCal counts and displays total calorie expenditure. The unit is water resistant up to 30 meters, provides the time of day (12/24h) with alarm, date and weekday indicator, and has a stopwatch. With the UpLink feature, settings can be uploaded from the Polar web site to the wrist unit and the Heart touch allows for button-free operation.
