Double time running on the spot, skydivers, one foot, forward-back jumps, decline push ups off fitness ball, one hand on med ball, scissor jump split squat, medicine ball push press, side bridge with feet on medicine ball, one foot lateral hops and more… Multiple circuits of: 15 reps/2 sets/exercise | 40 sec intensity drills | 2 minute cardio intervals.
