The Polar F6F tracks the maximum and average heart rate of the total exercise, the exercise date, and records the total exercise time, time in the target zone, and target zone limits. This unit offers 12 exercise files with summaries, a fitness exercise diary and an exercise file info page with date and time. In addition, Polar's OwnCal counts and displays total calorie expenditure and the Polar OwnZone automatically establishes your personal target heart rate zones. The unit is water resistant up to 30 meters, provides the time of day (12/24h) with alarm, date and weekday indicator.
