AFC continues to dominate the EGX NFL MOMs Fitness Challenge by working out with mypypeline.com and staying connecting with their fitness community. At the four week mark, the AFC's Karen Barber has trimmed down by increasing her cardio and staying focused mentally on winning this fitness challenge. "Working out with my friend Terri Terrell keeps me on my toes," says Karen. "And I love cheering my girls on in our Team's group." While the NFC may be down, there are team players with a lot of heart and a lot of "heart smarts"!
