Lots of travel lately so have had limited time to train and blog! When I'm on the road, I do make certain to get at least 30 min. of cardio each day...usually very early in the morning. This week I head to Chicago after only 2-days at home, so it's a little hectic. Of course, it's 70deg here in Tucson so that makes leaving for the upper mid west even harder this time of year! It's all good.
