Getting rolling again
2 years ago I was at 96kg and feeling it, my wife was at the Gym every day and I was eventually dragged down to "try it out", a year later after working out 3 times a week and going on a high fibre diet (Sonoma Diet) I was down to 76kg ( a little too light).... then work got busy and over the past year I've gradually gained weight back to around 83kg. Which is comfortable, but I'll be be happier at 80kg.
Funny enough after the first drive from 96 to 76, I was always thinking that "if" I stopped it would be easy to start again, and that's not been the case, no matter how busy I really should have forced myself to hit the gym at least once a week, losing that discipline has made it tougher to get rolling again.
