I have a passion for healthy living and enjoy inspiring people around the world, including mothers and individuals to take care of themselves with fitness and sound nutrition. I’m a proud mother of two, from the small township of Bloxwich, England. I studied at London's premier theatre school, Italia Conti (former alumni include Tracey Ulman and Naomi Campbell) where I was introduced to Pilates floor work and graduated with a degree in dance and theatre arts.
