Back to action
so after a week of taking it easy with my running, i finally went back to my love today. Have to admit it was kinda hard getting into the breathe and beat..but i did it.. 5k in 25:30 not too bad considering my knees and hamstrings are still bothering me like crazy! but as always "work through the pains of workouts and work through the pains of lfe.".. will try to get a few more runs in before sunday! 5k at the weeque park ...
always,, i will keep on pushing till i can't do it anymore...
