I have a passion for healthy living and enjoy inspiring people around the world, including mothers and individuals to take care of themselves with fitness and sound nutrition.

I’m a proud mother of two, from the small township of Bloxwich, England. I studied at London's premier theatre school, Italia Conti (former alumni include Tracey Ulman and Naomi Campbell) where I was introduced to Pilates floor work and graduated with a degree in dance and theatre arts.

I currently own ATP Specific Training and Physical Therapy in Pasadena, CA and authored the women's health and lifestyle book – Sexy in 6, published in January 2008. I’m a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of American (AFAA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I’m also a certified sports nutritionist, Master Pilates Instructor for Rael Isacowitz (Body Arts and Science) and was certified through his program and the Pilates Physical Mind Institute in Santa Fe. I’m a member of IDEA and the Pilates Method Alliance.
