vive le Tour

Saturday 5 July, marks the beginning of one of the most dramatic sporting events in the world, the Tour de France.

22 days of gruelling cycling will see cyclists cover a massive 3 500km, across the Alps and the Pyrenees mountain ranges, and finish their journey in Paris on Sunday 27 July 2008.

I love the Tour de France - I always have. Being an avid cyclist, makes the entire journey around France that much more amazing to me.

You can be that the Tour this year will be as big a spectacle as it has ever been.
