This group is dedicated to improving their 1 Mile Run time.  Join this group, take the challenge and be supported along the way. The goal is the best time improvement between now (your first 1 mile run) and the end of June. Post your time and check your group calendar for running tips and online coaching notes. We're working towards running our first or fastest one mile run in the spring or early summer. So come on... let's go! Happy running everyone.
