This group is intended for runners of all abilities and experiences. Running smart entails proper training; long runs, intervals, building, tapering, strength training, etc. All done properly in order to keep you injury free and make you faster. Too often runners will train ineffectively for their specific distance, which in turn is making it difficult for them to reach their full 'fast' potential. Tips and advice will be posted here. As well as smart training programs to get you to your next race - whether it's a 5k or a marathon we can all be running smarter and faster!
