Welcome to the West Coast Trail training group. If you have been invited to join then you will be coming with us Aug 15-17th for one of 3 options to complete the West Coast Trail - 75km in total broken up into 1, 2, or 3 day trail hiking/running.
Now it's time to start training! This is going to be a challenging hike, so training in the trails is important if you want to make the event a success.
