This group meets monday and wednesday nights for group spin workouts. You will need to bring your own bike and spinner. Please bring what you intend to fuel and hydtrate with during the race to practice.
We will be using Richard Alms spin classes all winter. The class we are doing will be posted weekly so you can make it up if you miss it! You need to be an intermediate or better level cyclist to get the most out of these sessions.
