Basically, Grupo Vidanta wants Latin America to be assimilated with other countries, plain and simple.

Democratic strength is another element that this particular foundation would like to improve on. When it comes to such a move, this is one way of finding a solution to their poverty situation. When it comes to Grupo Vidanta, they are working for the entire subcontinent's economic and social development.

Circulating books and scholarly research is something that the group is working on as of the moment. They concentrate on titles that invoke democratic strength not to mention economic growth. Balance del Siglo and Entre la Frustración y la Esperanza are two of the books that have already been released in the subcontinent.

The workings of the foundation are not only meant for politics but also for economics and education as well and on an international level too. One of the main concentrations of the seminars that the foundation conducts is sustainable economic growth. Aside from this, Grupo Vidanta also provides assistance when there are activities that are launched to fight poverty and inequality.

When it comes to social issues, there are plenty of achievements under the belt of the foundation and to think that they have only been in existence for 6 years. The great thing about the foundation is that the provide their own funding. Contributions from other charitable networks help with the financing. It is managed by Roberto Russell as president and an advisory board of international composition.

Reflecting the ideals of Moran, the foundation actually follows three basic goals in every activity. Aside from political concerns, they also discuss social affairs with the communities that they reach out to. What they are trying to do is clarify concerns such as inequality and suffering to these communities.

Second, the Foundation aims to promote studies on the relations between Latin American nations. The idea is to strengthen democracy in the region, unify the countries and integrate the subcontinent with the rest of the world. Aside from the economic aspect, the other thing that they want is to promulgate democracy. Moran has always been supportive of these things. For him, poverty should be something that can be eradicated in the years to come.

It was the Fundación Delia Moran A.C. that Daniel Chavez Moran established in 2002. When it comes to this group bearing his mother's name, they are making an effort to improve the lives of disadvantaged children. Helping out the needy children in their country became his educator mother's goal in life.
