Welcome to my pype! To make this page easier to navigate I wanted to highlight what my current focus has been with this site. My first priority has been to post up a series of six week golf conditioning programs designed enhance performance and an improve longevity. The content is progressive, and each series builds on the previous one.

 Wait! There is much more than just golf specific fitness here. I firmly believe that everyone should have the oopurtunity to experience the rewards of improved health and fitness. I also beleive that personal, professional coaching is the key to making this happen. For this reason, I have created a comprehensive 12 week fitness program for absolute beginners. "Beginner Fitness of Everyone!" is a non intimidating kick start to a new you. Over the course of the twleve weeks you will learn how to bring together nutrition, exercise, flexbility work, goal setting and accountability tools to enhance the quality of your life.
