Well the first outdoor ride of February is in the books. I was joined by a couple of fellows from the club and we were off at 9:40. Easy pace out to UBC and back. Boy it feels good to be able to stretch my legs outdoors. It's so hard to stay motivated when training indoors. I have taken up running this off season just to work on power while on the bike. My focus has to stay fixated on foot speed when on the trainer as I have noticed that it has dropped about 3-5 RPMS, but man my power has increased thanks to running hills. Looking forward to race season.
