Once we gather our goals, we need to decide on the steps to reach the short term goals that lead to attainable long term goals. Lay out the five categories with the long term goal beside it. Each group will include the short term goal and whatever steps needed.  ie.
Physical: Long term goal: run a marathon this year
Short term: run a 10km in 2months
-run 2x/week
-increase time every week (recover time every 3rd week)
-stretch after running for 15-20min
-stretch before bed 5-10min
Once that short term goal has been reached, the next goal is put in place and the steps for success are set immediately. Only through constant challenge and adversity will we begin to achieve what we all have in us…Victory!
