Ready, set... get in shape!

I am starting the Beginner Fitness Program Weeks 1-6 today; it will take some motivation to work out after less than 6 hours of sleep last night. I got my complete prehab kit a couple of weeks ago, so I am ready to go.
Hopefully the pounds will begin to fall away, and I will be able to keep up with my boyfriend on his crazy Rambo-esc hikes!
