Hello,
Ladies, how is everyone is during? Well, hoping that everyone is on a slower pace ,than myself. Just done my first food drive event ,Campbell"s Chunky Soup Tackliing Hunger In America,at Lee High School. All for that now ,lest get focus on this job at hand. Have we all been working out, sweating losing pounds and inches, and drinking lots of water and eating five small meals? If we haven"t been ! We need to get busy AFC!!! Last Monday I weight in at 165 pounds. I didin"t get a chance to post it but am still working out keep me in your prays. AFC #1 let win, win, win in losing the most pounds! Okay!!!

hey Sandra not enough time in the day to do all the things we want to do,we just have to take it one thing at a time.I have been trying to do Campbell,work and of course EGX. I haven"t weighed my self this wek I hurt my back at work .I only could workout 1 day. Iam still trying to eat healthy.Go Afc
Hi Sandra. You are doing a great job as a person in the community and as a team captain for this challenge. I think you hit on some great things, that both our souls and our bodies need to be fed properly. AFC is really killing it!!! Some of the girls are way down!!
If you get a change today to post your weekly weight loss (or total weight loss if you haven't yet posted). Good luck.
