official start day

Today marks our official start time with mypypline. For you rookies we expect you to work hard, but work safely. I expect you all to wear your heart rate monitors that were provided to you by the folks from mypypeline during all exercise sessions. If you are working out with a trainer that is great. If you are on your own you should begin to download some of the videos that give examples of how to use the equipment provided in your prehab kits. A good target to shoot for is to lose 1-2 lbs weekly.
I am also expecting you all to report your weekly weight loss, and the combined totals for AFC and NFC will be posted on the EGX MOMS page for all to see. That way you can light a fire under your team's butt.
With that said, I wish you all good luck and exercise safely.
