Physical Goods Returns Policy

Items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Pypeline Health Inc. will pay the cost of shipping goods if the return is a result of our error as in defective or incorrect items. If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at 604-736-7977 or e-mail support@mypypeline.com to request a replacement. Please note that it may take up to five business days to process returns.

Content provided on this website is provided “as-is”. Purchases of mypypeline.com videos are for the number of views stated and are considered “final sale”. Purchases and rentals are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended.
