How do I set my pype to private?
Go to the "My Account" section of your pype. Select "Edit My Privacy Settings" and choose "Private."
How do I set my group(s) to private?
When you are creating your group you have the options to make your group public or private. You can also choose whether or not other members can invite new members to join, or if only group moderators can invite new members to join.
Go to the "My Account" section of your pype. Select "Edit My Group Settings" and choose "Private" or "Public."
How do I complain about another member?
If another member is harassing you in some way, you can remove and block them from your friend list within your pype. Go to the "My Account" section of your pype. Under "My Friends and Groups," choose "My Friends" and under "Recently Updated" and "All Friends" remove and block friends as required. Simply click the "Remove" or "Block" buttons.
You can choose to unblock them at a later date.

How does MyPypeline safeguard my credit card and personal information?
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. When you enter your credit card number on our registration or order forms, that information is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us. We strongly recommend that you never share your password with anyone. Also, please make sure you log off when finished using a shared computer. Thereafter, we will never ask for your account information and password by email. If you receive such a request, it may be from an individual or group falsely claiming to be an established legitimate enterprise in an attempt to acquire private information.
Can I share my MyPypeline videos with my friends?
When you buy our video workouts you are accepting our user agreement which states that these videos are for your personal use only and you will not share or distribute them to others. All MyPypeline video usage is governed by international and intellectual copyright laws.
