I first felt the transformative power of fitness when I was very young.It was through high school sport that I overcame personal adversity and began to create a healthy life. And it was through the pursuit of fitness that I achieved great personal and professional success. I've been propelled forward by the joy and satisfaction of winning, and grown as a person by experiencing the frustration and heartbreak of losing. But I didn't get where I am alone.
